A couple of days back, I decided to look for angel graphics for a 125 x 125 button requested a week ago by Polly for her blog, Angels in my Garden, so I can start doing it on the weekend. For those of you who haven’t been able to follow my other blog, :wth: I made some sort of a promise to learn to make website buttons through giving out a few pro bono ones as a sort of practice. I already did several (thank you to all who agreed to become guinea pigs  ), but I’ll be showing it here on another post because I am planning to update a couple of them.
So as I was saying, I was looking for elements to incorporate in Polly’s button, and as soon as I saw the lovely Promise Kit at Shabby Princess and the cute as a button :cute: elements at Gran Gran’s graphics, I knew I had to see the outcome of the button as soon as possible. So I worked on it on every chance that I got, and finally, I was able to finish the button and the header last night 😎 . Wait, a button and a header
Well, I was quite 🙂 with the end result of the button that I decided to make a matching header out of it. I went to look at Polly’s current header size and made one that’s the same size and that exactly the same as the button I just made. I just hope Polly will like it  . I had fun doing this set, because of two things. The elements I used were gorgeous, and the person I’m doing it for is a real sweet lady  . Trust me, you should head out to Polly’s page and try to read a couple of her posts. See if you don’t get hooked. 😉
Anyway, here they are, so you can all tell me what you think about it :nailbite: .
I am still in a limbo about whether or not I am good enough for making buttons for a small fee. Oh, well. I can only get better in time, right? Have a good weekend everyone  Although it’s been :rain: here since last night. A little sunshine would be swell.
